Ole Miss is facing the school that put the Rebels in this mess.
No one is getting fired before the Egg Bowl. Why keep harping about it?
The sole reason Ole Miss is in this mess is due to this school Ole Miss is facing Thursday.
Unite for a few more days and show up and be loud!
Beat this school’s “best team ever” with a team playing around 60 scholarship players. Next season, that school will be starting from scratch.
Think about the laugh you can have about that with your favorite friend from that school.
There is plenty of time to gripe after the game. Until then, happy holidays!

Seems like every year they have beaten us for the last half decade or so has been our “best team ever” according to them. We must be doing something right to have so many best teams ever in that time frame.

I understand Yancy is trying to rally the troops, but let’s analyze this:

Mississippi State forced Ole Miss to commit ACT fraud?
Mississippi State forced Ole Miss to pay for lodging and food for signees to use the Ed Center?
Mississippi State forced Hugh Freeze to send out the dumbest tweet in the history of the internet?
Mississippi State forced Hugh Freeze to get into an argument with the lead NCAA investigator?
Mississippi State forced Ole Miss to be sloppy as 17 when it came to booster interaction with prospects on their own campus?
Mississippi State forced Ole Miss to give Tunsil a Cannon deal?
Mississippi State forced Hugh Freeze to throw Tunsil’s step-father under the bus when he had dirt on their program?
Mississippi State forced Tunsil to admit that he got paid on national TV?
Mississippi State forced Ole Miss to keep Freeze after draft night when it was obvious that he was the one the NCAA really wanted?
Mississippi State forced Ole Miss admins/coaches to lie about the contents of the first NOA the weekend before signing day 2016 (a move that I am certain severely pissed off the NCAA)?

Do I think Mullen encouraged Leo to talk to the NCAA? Yes, and after all the **** they’ve done to us over the years it’s nice to throw it back at them when the opportunity presents itself. But Ole Miss fans that think Mississippi State is the “sole reason” they are in trouble are blinded by their own emotions. The NCAA had been on their *** for three solid years before any Mississippi State player/recruit ever got involved.

Leo (and Kobe) spoke to the NCAA because they were threatened with losing eligibility if they didn't. it wasn't voluntary. That's the whole reason immunity was given.

Does anyone here really believe those guys didn't receive free Rags, and instead made the whole story up at the direction of Dan Mullen (along with Tunsil's step dad)? Because if you really believe that, you're a special kind of stupid. Yancy-level stupid.

I do fully believe Rags was giving out free stuff to prospects. It was one of the worst kept secrets in Oxford during the Freeze era, and I am still surprised all of their fan site people still claim innocence on that deal. Calling it a secret is almost a joke in and of itself. I certainly don’t blame any players for talking to the NCAA when their eligibility was threatened.

None of it was made up, but I also believe Mullen made damn sure the NCAA knew about it.

So...they buy Tunsil away from Bama and Georgia, buy knmedichie away from Bama, buy AJ away from Bama, buy Treadwell away from Auburn, but State turned them in..........bwahaha!!
The NCAA also interviewed 29 other players including another from State, but 1 player from State did it all.......bwahaha!!!!

Yancy is a total certified moron. Can guarantee that if MSU was the only one complaining about OM recruiting tactics there would have never been an investigation just like nothing happened with Houston Nutt there in 2010 after they bought CJ Johnson and a few other in state guys. That's where they made their mistake. They could have bought MS guys until the cows came home but when they started buying players away from Bama, Georgia, Clemson, Ohio St., Texas, etc. is when the NCAA actually decided it was time to get involved.

Yancy is a professional internet troll. He’s never written an article of substance. He’s never broken any news; unless you count a croot’s favorite thing about Oxford as news. He sits at home texting players and recruits and posts on the message board for a living. 90% of what he posted throughout the investigation was proven false, so he has no inside information.
If it weren’t for the OleMiss thing, I’d feel pity for the guy.
