So, we have a quarterback on scout team that for all intensive purposes could have won a JUCO Natty had his team not gotten in a knock down drag out with Delta. Is there anyway we get that kid some playing time. Mississippi JUCO ball is the top level of JUCO ball. Is that not enough to get him a shot?

Absolutely not. Our qb's who have been in the program for some time are struggling enough. Can't imagine the kid who joined right before the season started has any clue what would be going on.

I see what you are saying there. I think I'm more or less just pissed at QB play at the moment as a whole. Looking for the silver bullet but there doesn't seem to be one.

Dak spoiled us. Truly.

Fitz has issues, many of which probably can't be fixed until the offseason. But he's the best we've got unless you want to throw Tiano to the wolves in November before he's ready. That could backfire on you.

He made some poor throws and some bad reads, but he also made some very good ones. The best pass of his career should've sent us to a third OT with momentum, but "old reliable" didn't come through for him.

Good grief. While I'm not a huge Fitz fan, you have lost your mind if you think Roberts would be an improvement. He's less than 6' and only offer out of juco was the powerhouse MC. He's slow, short and has a weak arm. But yeah, let's let him get PT over the 3 guys we have on scholarship that actually had at least offers from a FBS school

There is no doubt in my mind that Wyatt can throw the ball way better than Fitz.

People are such simpletons.

We're talking about a kid whose only offer to play past Juco was MC....
