That white-haired ref is bring back memories. Guessing he was (maybe still is) a Big East ref?

Can’t believe I’m about to unironically type this but let’s go Syracuse🤮. Would be a much better match up if the guys take care of business tonight

Did it ever occur to anyone at Cuse to send Dolezaj to the weight room? Not like he’s a freshman (he’s a senior). Way too skinny.

Would get the winner of this game with a win tonight, are you more comfortable with Cuse, or a 3 seed WVU? I’ll root for Cuse....

Don't want Cuse with the damn zone.

We would have to pull of a stunner to get there, but I want no part of Boeheim again. They are a much improved team and we were fortunate to beat them when we were playing better than we are now.

This will be an easy victory for Syracuse if WVU can't figure that zone out quick. They look really baffled.

Syracuse is a bad match up for many reams because they aren't used to playing against the 2/3 zone with tall guards on the top of the key. They lead WVU 28-12.

WVU is actually doing a decent job getting good looks at the rim. They just cannot buy a bucket. Missing a lot of bunnies.

West Virginia ‘s turnovers are killing them. The Syracuse zone is always tough. Attempting to pass across and through their zone is asking for disaster. Kick it back out and pray you can make some shots.

#11 on Syracuse looks more like a guy who plays in a local adult league than a D-1 athlete but he sure can shoot.

Girard from Curry range... he was out when we played them and we were playing soooo much better... wonder if WVU is a better matchup for us

Why are people afraid of playing SU again? Boeheim's son was out for them, but so were McConnell and Baker for us. SU is not a great shooting team, and if you speed up the game, they are terrible.

Hate SadExcuse. I just can’t bring myself to root for them. When W U was down 14 I put $ on WVU money line. Pays 390 on 100

Syracuse has always had a hole in that 2/3 zone right at the FT line. WVU can get the ball to that spot anytime, but #2 is not a scoring threat or someone who can set up others with the pass. Otherwise, WVU would be ahead in this game by now. Rutgers had success at the same spot, with Mulcahy killing SU with either his shot or passing to a cutter or throwing the ball back out to an open shooter.
