So far I'm impressed with Lamont West. Looks like he could fill in the Holton role of last year guarding the inbound.

Konate looks like a player as well, the size is definitely there.

Young players look good, returning players look so much more confident.

Huggs still not happy with the second half defense. Maybe they will get better focus when they aren't beating the crap out of the opponent.

Not much to takeaway from these early games other than it's important they're not in dogfights. Well get a better read when they play Illinois as to where they are
