West Virginia has received a commitment from outfielder/left-handed pitcher Tanner Stroup from Altoona, Pa. Perfect Game ratest him at 9.5. A 9 = "Potential top 10 round pick and/or highest level college prospect" and 10 "Potential very high draft pick and/or Elite level college prospect"
