Problem has always been Schiano V2. He always gets outcoached and out scored in the 2nd half. No halftime adjustments as usual, while the other team makes them. He has to go, we will always be in the bottom of the Big with him.

The problem may be our DL line coaches are not very good, DC sucks, Secondary is slow and clueless, Special Teams are a Disaster, and the DL is very weak( FCS level). Other than that Mrs. Lincoln how was the Play ?

It's more than a little frustrating when you know they are going to pass and still can't put pressure on the QB. It's so weird how we had so many years of solid defense and special teams with no offense and this year it is the complete opposite. It's gonna be so ugly when we play those 3 elite teams.

I think two more wins is realistic. And if we do finish 5-7 with a handful of games that could have gone either way that we ended up losing (i.e. Iowa and Minn) I won't consider Schiano on the hot seat.

He’s got 20M+ still owed, he’s not on any hotseat.

I even wonder about Oregon. I still think travel can have some affect on teams. Not that I think we’ll win that game but might not be a massive blowout that people are expecting. Oregon started both PSU and NW slow. They beat NW 34-14 not like 60-10 think it was like 17-0 at half….so there’s that lol.
