Omaha's two best players (Marquel Sutton and JJ White) both entered the transfer portal today. They will get better offers but Hoiberg better throw a big bag at them, they would both fill major needs for us.
I understand why these players do it .but boy it’s a big FU to places like Omaha etc that Gave these players a chance when no big school wanted them.
Seemed like they were both seniors but who the hell knows anymore about eligibility
They both started out at JUCOs. NCAA recently passed a rule that former JUCO players get an extra year of eligibility.
Fred has bigger problems than worrying if he can lure two players from a 23-13 summit league team that got smoked by 30 buy team that went home the next day to come to Lincoln.
