WWE will start making the wrestlers have to wear special gear that the wrestlers have to have made at their own expense (as WWE doesn’t pay for gear) just so WWE can sell the gear.
TNA made a big deal about how they can be the new #2 with their AMC deal, meanwhile MLW is passing them for #3
Basically, OVW is Class A, TNA is Double A and NXT is Triple A. LolOVW is set to become a developmental show for a developmental show (TNA) of a developmental show (NXT) of WWE. What in the world!? Lol

I don't know what he was making, but the 4 years he was most active in he averaged around 150 matches a year.

Actually over the last 13 months he's spent more time in New Japan than ROH. Of course he spent the most time on injured reserve as he missed 7 months.
- Wayne is a good talent but he looks 14 with no personality. He'll always have a job in wrestling but will he be a star? I mean, Je'Von is 22 and is already a much bigger star. People joke on NXT but that's where the stars of pro wrestling are made. One of the biggest mistakes made with Wayne is bringing his mom on board. He already looks like a child, then you saddle him with mommy? Minds well have him wear a backpack and let him carry a Snack Pack to the ring. Let him cut a promo about dinosaur facts he learned while watching Discovery for Kids.
- On Cornette's last pod, they talked about the goofy Punk rumors and the guy who started them is from Meltzer's board and his X profile says he's a Sicko with a bunch of insults towards WWE. His post sounded like someone with an axe to grind with Punk, as if he knows him. Wrestling fans are sadly really weird.
- For as boring as WWE has been, I do like some of what's happening and I can't really predict how Summerslam will look. They could go the safe route but I hope they realize it doesn't have to be that way. You've got Oba ready, Punk returning and they've teased him with Cody, probably getting Rhea vs IYO, and Sami is interesting again.

Presentation. Don't get me wrong, Rusev is a losing machine in WWE but in his first appearance in AEW I think he wore a Minnie Mouse shirt and pajama pants. That's your big former WWE monster in a newer, fresher company? Hook is a tiny man but it can occasionally work. He was saddled with an old nostalgia title that marks love and stood around slowly eating potato chips out of a tiny bag. Dude is already like 5'4" and you give him one of those little bags of chips the size of a hamster as a prop lol.
Hook was listed as 6-0 on the Bucknell website when he played lacrosse there, so 5-10 in reality.

Fair. I was exaggerating. He's much taller than Taz for sure. I do like him but I don't think the silent gimmick he had or still has ever worked. It worked for Taker. It's a movie but it worked for Tom Hardy's character in Warrior but he was still built like Bane then. You gotta look intimidating as hell to be that silent staring type and he looks like a frat boy who got obsessed with the gym. He looks like a dude named Dylan or Josh.

He's done zero to improve in any aspect of professional wrestling. Throw out whatever aspect of wrestling that you want and he's no better at it than he was years ago. He's a failed experiment. I wish he would have left and gone to NXT. I don't know if they could have gotten anything out of him but a change of scenery could have been beneficial.
He's making more than he'd for sure ever make in NXT, and there's no guarantee he'd ever get called up to the main roster, so I can't blame him at all. Get your money early before *hit happens and then you can explore your options from there. Perhaps he will elect to do so in the future.
But the roster in AEW is so loaded that even if he shows massive improvement, how well is that even going to work out for him?
Her being in this tournament to begin with is a joke. She already has one of the two top titles and hasn't defended it once in 63 days because apparently no one else in the company is allowed to compete for it other than the injured Vaquer. Why put her in this tournament to begin with, much less have her advance to the finals, if you can't figure out what to do with the title she already has?
It feels a bit like AEW's women's division where it's become overly reliant on a small handful of people and when one or more of those people are out then it becomes more glaringly apparent how the vast majority of the women's roster is seemingly just redundant.
