Anyone have a list of WR coaches that might be possible? Probably someone MR has worked with before.

You know MR probably has someone in mind. MJ wasnā€™t likely to happen and he has probably thought through the contingencies. He is hardly desparate.

Say what you want about the golf instructor, he landed one of the better WR to come through the program...

No doubt Rhule previously had a WR coach in mind from his earlier coaching stops. He just goes back to that list. It could also just be the OC and then someone else hired for TE coach.

Realistically, the ONLY people on Rhule's list will be people he worked with before. He already had a plan if MJ turned the job down so it's not going to disrupt Rhule's plan. Setting aside the personal trauma of the Joseph family, the bigger issue is bad PR for the University.

I was in the same mindset but something that always sticks out to me was Stanley Morgan played his best football after K Dub left.

Why couldnā€™t K Dub land another job?

Please donā€™t bring back Williams. Dr route was always a bust. Loved to self promote but never accomplished anything.

Williams under Mike Riley had Stanley Morgan go for almost 1000 and JD Speilman going for a bunch as well. Not sure how he never accomplished anything. Receiver was the only thing that ever got better under Mike Riley.

On the first he pretty much had just as much in 2018 like what 986? vs 1005 or something.

Your second point is really interesting and does give some pause.

Spielman played his best ball under Williams. Reilly played his way to a hot minute in the NFL under Williams. The dude would be very acceptable as the WR coach.

He's with the Ravens as passing game specialists. " what ever that is"

Then why was Tyreek and Devonte Adams to name a couple pros getting coaching from him in the offseason.
