These defenses in this Ut-UGa game are elite and we have never looked even close to this, except maybe a little back in 2009.
These guys hold edges, shed blockers and make tackles all in the same play. They fill holes fast, they run down opponents. They blitz effectively

All the things elite defenses do that we don’t come close to
