And they are terrible. If you are vacating a season shouldn't you have some talent?

This is where I'd blast the NCAA for its handling of UNC. I'd call a f***** press contence and just sound off.
I completely agree. Everyone in College Athletics knows the magnitude of cheating that took place at UNC, yet nothing is being done. When is a University or President going to stand up and say no, we refuse to accept your punishment. SMU got hammer because of 1 coach helping a kid write on paper, one. You have two decades of cheating at UNC, and you have former athletes with fake degrees hanging on their walls. Disgusting really.

This just shows me one thing...you should lie, lie, lie, deny, deny, deny if you can get away with it. Unless you are paper/money trailed up the butt, and cannot get out of it...then you self-punish to hope to avoid more like Missouri is doing. The NCAA won't dig and won't seek out the truth. That said, I think UL is gonna get hammered but UNC is obviously never gonna be punished at this point sadly.

NCAA has not handed down anything...........self imposed right now. Level 1 and 2 violations and nothing compared to what UNC has constructed.

This one will be settled before UNC; it shouldn't be but at least the school acknowledged and is willing to take the beatdown.

Bubba and Carol are in total coverup for Roy. They should all be released 'when' they are found guilty.

What, Bilas not speaking out about the hypocrisy of the NCAA on this one? Oh yeah, not an ACC brethren.

This is spot on. The NCAA is like a parent choosing to believe their child that said their imaginary friend did it.

I've advocated this many times, someday some school will, maybe this will be it. If some brave media soul would just say, what about UNC, when does that get addressed?

They vacated a season and got a post season ban for no show jobs and a few impermissible benefits. Wonder what running a free ***** house in your dorm is worth.

Yeah but that didn't really happen, just ask Louisville fans.

At least a few more SEC tournament tickets just became available.

That should be a good, wide open SEC Tourney. Who knows who will win that. I have never had the pleasure of going to one, and why I live in Nashville, its so pricey there. Plus Cal does not really care about it, so a big financial risk to go assuming we win it or make it to the finals even (although we usually do win or make it to the finals!).

So basically $500 or so, some free rent and a boat ride did this. WOW!

Not even free rent...

"A former associate head men's basketball coach assisted in the relocation of a prospective student-athlete by providing the phone number of the prospect's mother to a donor (Representative #2) to arrange for rental housing. The family paid a market rate for the rental. However, the actions of the former associate head coach are in violation of NCAA bylaws."

Gave out a phone number.

If UNC was any other school they would be hiding under their beds after seeing this...
