There’s this weird trend now of companies getting actors from old tv shows to act in their commercials. The Scrubs guys in the T-Mobile commercial. Another commercial has the actors from Suits, and another commercial has several actors from The Office. I guess the companies are going for the nostalgia card, over mid 2000’s tv shows.

my dad always hated the Contour Chair Lounge commercials with Art Linkletter. The “I took the VCR” line would send him into a tizzy.

Yall watch too damn much commercial network tv. I've never even heard of Jardiance, Skirizi, JG Wentworth, Applebees white boy, Burger King melt, none of them.

You have to be somewhat old to remember these commercials and grew up near New Orleans. Growing up in Pass Christian we generally only watched two tv stations WWL New Orleans or WLOX Biloxi.
Dr. Seafood-Al Scramuzza seafood city all over North Broad St. ”Bayou Seafood, Buy your seafood here”! Great commercials!

Cable news channels have been running commercials for Shriners Hospitals, St. Jude, Poor starving Jews, and the ASPCA on a loop. We all are sympathetic, but cut us a break.

The MyPillow dude sucks too.

Not a Jingle but the worse commercial ever to me is the Secret Whole Body Deodorant. Starts off with lady in bathroom saying, "Want to know a secret? More than just my armpits stink." "From your pits to your bits." 🤮 Cringeworthy.

The problem with these is that those commercials are actually like 10 years old. That kid is now a man IRL.

Mississippi Sports Medicine where life’s a sporrrt!! I hated that radio commercial song. It made me want to go kneecap the person that came up with it.

Many years ago Wendy’s had a commercial with the catch line “where’s the beef?”. Our company had a customer in town and I invited him to go watch State and Kentucky at the Hump. On the way to Starkville I entertained him with magical stories about some of our great basketball teams and games. Anyway at half time we were behind by around 50 to 8. I remember distinctly that we had 8. This little boy sitting right in front of us kept yelling “hey bulldogs, where’s the beef?” Everyone was laughing at it but the whole thing just embarrassed the crap out of me and I have hated that commercial ever since that night.
