Incredible tournament man. Grown men playing a kids game as if they were still kids. Not for the check but for the love of the game and country. I’ve loved every minutes of it. Clutch Harper…sheesh!!

Aaron Judge and Kyle Schwarber 0-7 with 6 K’s. You can’t play much worse than that. They had to show up and didn’t. And DeRosa as a manager … after not even knowing the clinching scenarios this was kind of fitting. Venezuela played great. USA bats wilted.
The fact that Henderson was 6-14 and didn’t play bc of Turang. No, just no. Then the money showed up with skubal the USA just doesn’t care as much. Which irks me
I will say as a former KC resident and a Royals fan resulting from my time there, I’m really happy for Salvador Perez. One of the truly great people in baseball. But agree with you, some questionable decisions and some players didn’t show up tonight.
It was also fun watching how much the teams from Latin America bring the energy and have so much fun.
