I'm struggling to recall a time when a head coach advocated for and defended an opposing player over his/her own player, particularly when the offense by the opposing player was so blatantly egregious.

I've heard that White's players quit on her at Vandy.

Fever coach, White, gave a very impassioned and fiery speech about how she always has her players' back (10 toes down!) and only made the post-game statement she did b/c she didn't see the play in real time. She even pounded the table and told her detractors to go to h*ll. Wellllll...



Even if she somehow didn't see what the picture shows looking directly at, any head coach knows the appropriate response is "It looked like it was a hard foul. I didn't get a great look at it in real time, so I'll sit down and review the tape." You don't gush over the opposing player.

Also, someone posted that she looks like Weird Al and I can't unsee it.

I;m sure the video only ran 10X from all angles on the big screen the rest of the official's timeout.

They literally just can't get anything right. Her repeated fist banging on the table was particularly comical.

The old "I didn't see the play in real time...you can all go to hell" defense. I mean, she was offered the opportunity to say the right thing and still got it wrong.

The correct comment is that they met and cant come up with a definition that allows them to gatekeep who is and who isn't a woman.

I don't know anything about her, but I really didn't hear much at all about the WNBA until Clark got there. It was mostly just this thing that nobody really cared about or talked about. Clark enters the scene and, suddenly, everything's a lightning rod.

Hate for Clark seems to have been what led the WNBA down their current path. Maybe players apologized for white privilege prior to Clark's arrival, but I've never heard of it. After her arrival, numerous players were forced to recognize their white privilege.

Just saw a blurb where Clark is obliterating the double/double records. She got her 29th in only her 82nd game, passing Sue Bird who needed 580 games to get 28. The all-time WNBA double/double leader has 63 in 452 games. At her current rate, Clark will have nearly 160 by the same number of games. The #2 all-time has 31 (in 367 games). Clark is demolishing the record books.

They really do hate how good she is. I don't know WHY they hate her, but they do. And it's opened a massive can of wokeness.

I thought she should have been fired after last season for not doing more with so much talent.
