Even us unless we had hired Penny instead of him going to Memphis. The infraction seems pretty specific to the particular circumstances here.
Interesting that he is linked to improprieties to wisemen at the high school level and has parlayed that to ncaa eligibility. It makes sense why he chose Memphis. He has too. He was funded by penny to move and I have no doubt other stuff was funded too.
This article is interesting too. Says TSsaa won the case that wiseman was ineligible in high school but no punishment has been handed down yet. Seems to be the same template Penny is using now. Help wiseman draw it out in litigation while he plays

Wow, he straight up lied multiple times in that deposition, and in a way that didn't even attempt to hide his lies.
Only problem with that is the NCAA can vacate every game he plays in and make Memphis ineligible for the NCAA tournament. The NCAA will not be bullied like the Tennessee High School Association.

Does anyone think they will act that quickly? I don’t. Which is a shame for anyone they beat with an ineligible player. Teams fighting for a spot in the NCAA and if they get to participate, any team or teams knocked out because of it
