They're a very, very good team, and one of the handful all season that I think we've all known had what it takes to beat us on a given night.
I do think it's worth noting, as you mentioned, that they were out of their minds in that second half against Arizona and only won by seven, but it's also worth mentioning that Arizona was living at the free throw line, which is rare against Wisconsin, so I'm not sure you can take much from that game one way or another.
People like to say Wisconsin is a better version of Notre Dame and that we barely beat them. First, while both are efficient offensively, they don't really run the same stuff. Second, if Notre Dame is just the weak version of Wisconsin, then Arizona is just the weak version of Kentucky--tons of size, great defense, looks to dominate you inside. We shoot it way better than Zona, have more depth, have better guards, and Wisconsin only beat them by seven while going 10-12 from three in a half.
Point is, it's basically impossible to play the transitive property game here. Just gotta hope the Cats bring it are look sharp. If that happens, we should be playing Monday night.
