Wisconsin went scoreless for the last 9:08 to lose the game. That is absolutely unreal!

The Badgers' epic meltdown was a pleasure to watch. Perhaps the best part was when they were trailing by two with 10 or so seconds left, North Texas goes for a steal but doesn't get it, and UW has a 5-on-4 scramble situation that looks for all the world like it's going to lead to an easy, game-tying bucket.

So Greg Gard does what any HC in the most plodding, over-coached conference in the country would do - he calls a timeout. It was glorious.

Gard is turning Wisconsin back into what they were 25 years ago...basically the laughing stock of the Big Ten along with NW.

I know some of you guys have a boner for Chucky but if he wasn't from Omaha, that boner would be gone. He is not good.

Wisconsin recruits slow players and it has caught up with them.

The best part is, Gard is the best coach they will get and they are going to can him soon, then, watch out. They will be horrible.

Gard better get the job done next year. They aren’t going to celebrate NIT final fours - let alone multiple non-winning seasons

That athletic department has some institutional pride

They do and that is what will make the bigger mess.

That is not a desirable job, there is no coaching tree to speak of, there are few if any "big" names that would be interested. What Ryan did there was really amazing BUT he could also recruit a bit better than people gave him credit for.

About the last possession when two Wiscy guys passed the ball back and forth and neither was mor than 2 Ft from the basket.

That was fantastic. Reminded me of last year's game where Senior Brad Davison didn't want the last shot on Senior Day and passed it to Chuckie to shoot instead.
