We’ll know in the first 5 minutes whether we’ll be in this one. We have had a lot of no shows on the road. I believe we’re a different (and better) team than a couple of weeks ago.

And one other thing, the fact that we’re so good at home makes our road record seem worse than it actually is. Look at Indiana — they’ve done nothing on the road yet they are considered an NCAA team.
Indiana has the better out of conference record and the cache as a basketball program that is highly respected.

I hear you Sir, but You’ve never been to Fenway or Wrigley if you say that.
If you’re talking into consideration the physicality, it doesn’t play out in football or hockey either.
College basketball is by far unique in this way
IMO it's about the refs. It's always been about the refs.

I never understood this, because it looks like a pretty sterile place on TV. Probably more to do with the fact that Wisconsin is usually just a good team
For what’s worth this year Wisconsin is ranked as the 3rd best road team and like 35th best home team. Their advantage at home is at least this year below average. RU home ranking about the same but we are like #140 on the road……..

What did I say, "analytics my *ss." Heart and desire matter more in sports than crunching numbers. The mindset for this team is "US AGAINST THE WORLD, AND WE EXPECT TO WIN."

That line was beggingggg for people to bet on RU especially with Davis going against his toughest matchup of the year. This game was never likely to be a blowout
