Someone convince me that it’s smart to take the ball instead of deferring to the second half.

Did Osborne ever go on offense first when winning the coin toss? If so I don't remember it. But I think Frost has done it almost every time we win the toss.

Someone in the media needs to ask this idiot why he has the 98th ranked scoring offense in the country and continues to want the ball. The defense is far better then the offense. Frost is dumd as a rock,, no way around it.

I think it‘s is a big issue to get the ball in the 2nd half..

In my mind it's like giving the other team a free turnover. Yes, we had 1:30 to try and score, but that's not really enough time for a team like Nebraska that can't throw the ball downfield. Frost thinks he's coaching his high powered UCF team still.

Or you can get the ball in the first half... what difference does it make?
But you can’t have two consecutive possessions by taking the ball in the first half. More often than not you can get two possessions in a row by deferring.
