you people are always going on about States' Rights. Several states have legalized recreational and medicinal marijuana through referendum. Each of these states allow pot because that's what the people in each of these states wanted. Now AG Sessions is going to rescind Obama era directives to leave these states alone as far as federal law enforcement is concerned. You people have no shame.

This is intriguing. Sessions always had a vendetta against marijuana legalization, but I don't think Biff did. I wonder if this is driven by Sessions.

Trump has no use for California which just legalized it so maybe they're trying to interfere with the huge sales success that it will be there, who knows. Anything to piss off some blue states, also just another chance to roll back something that BO did.

I wouldn't sweat it. There is a heck of a lot of money involved here. This will get legal challenges if the Feds try to shut down the states.
