I just noticed you joined roughly the same time as me (a year later) and you have 4x the posts. Good God man!
Kind of crazy to think we have been on here that long. I was actually on a couple years before that under a different screen name too. Time flies.

And BTW, you need to pick up the pace on your posting.

yeah Mbow had Iowa as his leader. But shortly after naming them his leader the Huskers offered and now days it appears it’s a ISU vs Huskers battle for him. I’d have no problems adding him to the roster. A solid prospect and the level of talent we are adding to the Oline, we need guys like this guy too. Next year class we could and should be adding DeShawn Woods (Top 100 4 star OT) and Geno VanDeMark (Top 151 4 star OT).

I’m more then confident in AJ Rollins being a Husker. A very solid prospect at TE and adding him along with Thomas Fidone...that’s some serious help at TE.

Now, has anyone seen much of Seth Malcom? He seems to be a heavy Husker lean and he plays OLB. I believe he is a mid level 3 star prospect but we can never have enough LBs. Anyone have any insight on this young man?

Nebraska isn’t in the lead for Seth, FWIW. You’re correct as far as Mbow for though. Not sure what happened but Iowa has backed off. You’ll call me a homer but I think they feel really good about some bigger fish.

the Huskers have indeed been in the lead for Malcom for awhile now. Both Rivals and 24/7 show him as a Husker lean. Wiltfong even dropped a ball for the Huskers on Malcom.

Now “bigger fish“ then Mbow? I got the feeling it’s because he’s more in favor of the Huskers now that he’s officially visited us then Iowa, not so much Iowa is on bigger fish and backed off. You guys always seem to jump on first come first serve type of recruiting. Things have just changed since his official visit to the Huskers.

So who does lead for Malcom? Also, any insights into the big fish (Fidone and Bollers)?

think it tears these Iowa guys apart their top Iowa players are looking at Rivals in the BIG west. Bollers it’s Huskers vs Wisconsin and T Fidone the Husker lead. I guess it would suck if we where in Iowa’s shoes seeing your top 2 players looking at going somewhere else. Hell 3 of Iowa’s top 5 players in their state will be picking someone other then Iowa and ISU...GBR

Take a look at my screen name and then look at a map of where Tabor is. I’ll take my source over Wiltfong. Unless something has changed in the past two weeks. ISU is in the lead for Seth.

As far as “bigger fish”, I even said you’d call me a homer. I’m talking along the OL. They already have a commit from one four star. They also sit extremely well with another four star that is down to Michigan and Iowa. Another three star with offers from big time programs is in line to pick Iowa. Then there is a two star OL from Florida that is blowing up and is favored for Iowa.

As far as Bollers, he just didn’t connect with the staff and the 4-3. Sucks but we have moved on. A couple “insiders” think it’s Iowa, Nebraska, or KSU for Fidone. Father loves Nebraska but Fidone goes back and forth between Iowa and Nebraska. KState making a push. Just sharing info so take it for what it’s worth to ya.

Just checked for you guys. Hasn’t decided anything yet. Even people closest to him don’t know where he is leaning. He doesn’t talk much about it. I know late last summer ISU was where he felt most comfortable and felt at home. That hadn’t changed over the summer. Wiltfong’s crystal ball means absolutely nothing.

Has talked to KState and Minnesota today. Getting to know KStates new defensive coordinator. Sucks I have to talk about this on here because Iowa isn’t going to offer.

Btw, what are you guys hearing on Keagan Johnson from Bellevue West.

I literally just checked and was told it means nothing. Just like it meant nothing when he had a crystal ball for Mbow to Iowa. Or Kaden Johnson to Nebraska.

If you’re talking about me, I don’t know what’s happening. I’m on my phone and the new app won’t let me type. In settings I switched it to “old forum” or something. Now it lets me type but obviously quotes are all messed up. Sorry.
