Man alive that's pathetic. I was 6'0" and all of 160 in college and never embarrassed myself that badly. Looked like a damn freshman sorority girl.
I bet you did. You never got caught and you won't admit. Could be wrong.

Ot: wouldn't you help "damn freshman sorority girl" or would you be exploitive.

Was young drunk here too? Lets just rush to judgements why don't we?

Yea, let's compare this with Willis being alone laying in the road in the middle of the night with the car door open
Take your blue tinted glasses off. He could be in serious trouble personally & team wise

I got a DUI in my own driveway with the car still running. I got a lawyer and beat it.

Really something to be proud of.......
you were lucky..........had a friend that pulled into her garage, left the car running & passed out.............she didn't make it

That's f'n epic. I've heard a stereotype some Americans have is the Indians love the sauce.

On a serious note. Some of that video was brutal to watch. Willis needs to get some help and start treating it as if he's an alcoholic, and not let it get full blown.

Also, why did the police department release the video? Do they do this to all PI's or whatever he got charged with? I thought they only release stuff that was to settle someone crying foul play was involved.

So he's pretty much an alcoholic because as far as we know he got drunk this one time? Come on man, I know this is bad and he and others are lucky nobody got hurt but lets not get carried away and overreact, he's a college student....they party. I know u didnt use the term alcoholic...but getting treated or treatment is basically saying one has a problem.

Did you just ask me if I would rape someone?? No you sick twisted freak, I wouldn't rape someone. Why don't you go ahead and take a little break from the computer, good grief.
You the one expressing disrespectful comments about freshmen girls, not me. (I am posting disrespectful comments about you) If you feel bad, you should. You take a break from the keyboard.

ot: "good grief" sounds like a peanuts movie.

Meh, the police thought it wasn't a big deal. Charged him with a petty crime and sent him on his way for 50 bucks. They know more than some that want to scalp him.

Again, read the Desmond Allison link I posted earlier.

He passes out once and now he has a "serious problem?" Jump to conclusions much?

The fact that he handled his liquor so poorly indicates he's new to this ****.
Yes, because "drunks" never get "drunk"; hence they are labeled as "sobers"

First of all, this looks pretty bad on his part. He is lucky he wasn't hurt or worse that some else was. Hopefully he will take what punishment is given to him and move forward.

I'm confused by the poster who claimed that the car was "parked perfectly." It doesn't look that way to me at all. In fact, in the video the rear passenger side wheel clearly appears to be up on the curb. Am I seeing this wrong?

Yeah there's some definite curb service there...certainly appears as if he he pulled up, threw it in park and fell out into the street.

After this video, things got just a lil more serious. I guess the cops are big Kentucky fans? I mean it is pretty obvious how the kid got on the side of the road like that. Or do the police actually have to catch you in the car before they give you the dui? This does question the leadership. A good leader wouldn't get caught in a situation like this. jk

Lol just outside the car......just missed a DUI by an inch! Now some people say because he's a UK basketball player they didn't get him for DUI but I don't believe that. Derek was outside the car and unless they got video of him driving that car then it's not DUI. It's laying drunk outside of a car that's not running. The cops seen it correctly. Go big blue!!! :O

You guys realize that millions of people have been this drunk before and they don't actually "need help".

Assuming he is an alcoholic is silly.

I can't wait to see the other players videos , all college students do this .
Most college students do not pass out next to their vehicle with the driver's door open. Almost every college student has gotten too drunk at some point, but we don't need to act like this is a typical Friday night. I don't think he needs to be kicked off the team or anything crazy like that, but we shouldn't assume this behavior is commonplace.

We make fun of UL and UNC fans for making ridiculous excuses to cover for their players , yet many here do the exact same thing just because they like a player .

Willis didn't set up a designated driver , you can excuse getting drunk . If he was passed out in a living room that's common drinking like many college kids do but it's very uncommon to drive drunk then lay on the road with the door open . It's one thing to make excuses when you weren't there but to make them when there's video shows the insane homerism on full display .

Not making excuses for driving drunk.

Just pointing out that because we saw a video of him drunk off his A**, doesn't mean he needs to "get help".

And yes he should serve a short suspension.

Man, I freakin' hate Duke, but if Grayson Allen were caught in this situation, I wouldn't be saying he should be dismissed from the team or "needs serious help."

Rafters is batshit crazy.

Being a kid from Kentucky makes this even worse in my opinion. He more than anyone should realize the microscope he and his teammates are under. His short leash just got a lot shorter.

When Cal goes on about how this place isn't for everyone and this is the biggest stage in the country and all that, this is part of what he's talking about. This will be publicized in a way that it wouldn't be were it at most any other school. None of that addresses the substance of what's going on in that video, just pointing out that if he were at McNeese State no one would know about it - but he's at UK, so 20 years from now people will remember this....

We have more than a fair shake of fans, who sound like UL fans and "hookergate" It is sad...
"that pic with the player and the stripper mean nothing"
"all kids go to strip clubs"
"no way RP knew"
"no one was hurt, what is the big deal?"
"until I see more proof, nothing happened"
etc

You may not say that, but we're kidding ourselves if we think some posters on this board wouldn't be advocating for Allen's dismissal.

Grayson Allen had video of him tripping and we mocked Duke fans for denying it despite video . lo and behold Willis is passed out in the road with the door open and we have posters excusing it away as nothing . What a joke some enablers and hypocrites are , bottom line he's from the Tucky and hits threes .
