Will Omega Blake come back a la Edmond?

I see Omega Blake is in the portal and is currently uncommitted. Think there's a realistic chance he could do what Gilber Edmond did and come back to USC?

Why? From what I remember, the reason he left USC in the first place was the coaching staff encouraged him to do so. And I believe there were no hard feelings on either side.

Well seeing he is Visiting South Carolina, seems like he has no beef about it.

I wonder if this kind of thing could catch on, basically using G5 schools as a minor league. Just as MLB teams will send promising players back down the minor so they can get regular playing time they won't get in the bigs.

"Hey, Player X, we still like you but need to go somewhere you can get regular reps and that won't happen here next season. Go get some regular reps and we'd like to look at bringing you back after that."
