It should never have been a part of Husker football to begin with. It pretty much sums up the Scott Frost era that he would come back to Lincoln, say that he's reestablishing the Husker football tradition and he was gonna "lock down" the local recruits. Then he proceeds to name one of the offensive positions "Duck R" and tells in-state recruits that they should attend summer camp to get evaluated while throwing out 500 offers to out of state guys.
