Full disclosure:

As a lifelong Husker fan, I would always choose UCLA.

and Brentwood is clearly much nicer than the dump USC is located in.

(I had U Dub season tickets with my Husky younger brother for a very long time. Years and Years before I got married, but even after getting married that didn't stop me from looking. Everyone always talks about the USC cheerleaders. The squad I always thought were the most attractive were the Oregon cheerleaders and most of them are probably from Cali. Cal is really hard to get into so maybe that's why they were consistently the worst looking in the Pac 12)
