Why are we shooting 3's? Reid and P.J. should get the ball every time!

Taking open 3s is a good shot. Missing them doesn't mean it wasn't a good shot.
Why does a team like the New Orleans Saints run the ball from time to time?
You don't see a single downside to throwing it to a double teamed PJ 100% of the time down the floor? Not a single one?
Man, with that level of wisdom, it's amazing that you aren't the one coaching a team to the Final Four 50% of the time.
We would be up 20 if we didn't shoot ant 3's. It is just so stupid. We need to go full Karl Towns mode. He got the ball every time down the floor. The more quick 3's we shoot the more possessions they get and the more 3's they shoot and that is the last thing we want.
Reid and PJ have only missed 2 shots in the paint entire first half....it's stupid to not just post it all the time and kick out for the 3pt shots.
That action we run where Reid/PJ set picks for Keldon and Herro off baseline action is just wasting shot clock and then we get into a guard only end of clock shot.
Cal is a great coach....but this is the stuff he does that is head scratching.

Would like to see Hagan drive to the basket more and dish the ball off or if he can score. He does not look to drive anymore.
Anyone who knows anything about basketball can tell you that Hagans kills the flow of our offense. He NEVER gets the ball to Herro on time, NEVER. Good point guards deliver the ball to the wing "on time". Translation: the ball is there when the player first breaks free. Hagans either gets it there late, or not at all.
It's easier for a player to take 3's. Going inside is hard work. Are you willing to take the hits?
