In retrospect, very glad that Smith got some snaps against MSU. It certainly served him well as seen by his performance against Wisconsin. Would have been tough to take your first collegiate snaps on the road in the fourth quarter against the Badgers.

You’re responding to a post from last week’s game. The point of my post was the benefit Smith received by seeing some game action vs. Sparty.
