Now keep in mind I only used the same bogus time frame you used ( like football started in 1997 give me a break) but even during this period which is arguably our worst period since pre 1960's we still have many things you have never even sniffed at. The thing that has alluded us is a conference title of course we didn't have to play Memphis to win one either.

In your time frame UCF is 7 - 42 against P5 level schools coming over here and bragging you have won more titles then we have in this time, is like a high school bragging they have a better record than a college team.

I wish you guys well but your entire fan base has a lot to learn about college football

You know nothing. How many 0-12 teams have 8 NFL players in camps? George OLeary quit on the football team in the middle of the season.

You can believe what you want but the 0-12 is an aberration due to George O Leary quitting on his team. To educate you, Frost turned down Syracuse, Maryland, and Purdue HC jobs to come to little G5 UCF because he knew what kind of athletes we have. He KNEW he didn't inherit an 0-12 team and played it perfect for his resume and his career. Like I said, Frost is a good coach but he's no savior. UCF has always been elite in the AAC. The 0-12 was a joke.

So....your coach "got old" in a year's time? Do you read the horseshit garbage you type? I understand you being pissed that we took your coach, but try keeping your emotions in check. It's like an entire 7th grade girl's gym class descended on HOL over the last month with all of you goofy UCF fans coming over here.

You forget a few things on his resume

1. Lied about how many times he lettered in college
2. His resume listed a Masters Degree from a fake University, a complete fabrication
3. Booted from Notre Dame for the above
4. In his last year at your elite school, went 0-8 with all of those NFL atheletes you brag about, and then just walked away
5. Scott Frost then picked the pieces from the dumpster fire he left

Im glad CFU gave Frost a chance
It was a very good exchange for both
I rooted for CFU just like I do Liberty, Ohio, Buffalo, Wyoming etc

The movement from CFU to NU was very professional and respectful- about the best of any in College Football today. Heck the guy on our payroll is coaching CFU for the next 3 weeks- consider that a gift that rarely happens in College Football.

Time to move on- Not trying to be disrespectful- it's just time. The very best of luck to CFU now and in the future.

At the end of the day, CFU will never be able to hang onto a great coach
They are a commuter college- most kids want that real college experience. Ive attended both- (UNO and Texas A&M) there is no comparison- the destination University is where most college aged kids want to be.
They are a unimportant speck in a 2,500,000 person metro area-
They play in front of 28,000 fans in spite of being 12-0 having over 50,000 "students" many of which are part timers, living at home or online students
They play in a stadium that is crumbling- major safety concerns
They play in a weak conference that isnt going to get them into the playoffs
They dont have deep pocketed alumni
They dont have any type of heavy $$$ TV deal
They dont have the $$ to keep good assistants around- the good ones will get picked off one by one by P5 schools with $$. Heck even Purdue, Illinois etc have TV revenues of over $50,000,000 to spend now. You cant blame somenone who is making 80K who moves to another place doing the very same job for 240K, tripling his salary

None of the above issues has anything to do with Scott Frost
Until they are resolved it will be a stepping stone place for up and comers or guys like OLeary with serious flaws that no one wants to take.

I wish you luck but this is 100% false. The 0-12 season was a joke. There is NO WAY in hell UCF had an 0-12 team talent wise.

In 2013 and 2014, UCF was (15-1) in their conference combined. In 2015, they went (0-12) because George O Leary got too old, turned 71 years old, their QB got hurt and the ENTIRE team quit playing once O'Leary quit on them.

That 2015 UCF team had 8 NFL players in camp. UCF has always had the athletes to be elite in the AAC- before, during, and after Frost.

The real question is: Does Nebraska have the athletes for Frost's system? Who knows.

The offense seems to be one where there is a fine line between up-tempo, precision, execution and tons of yards/points...and inept, impotent dud. This is exacerbated, big time, with weak OL. I miss a power running attack (at least part of the time) for the attitude it brings, if nothing else.
