I am not faulting anyone for the loss. Things happen. But, WV gotta shoot better or they will go down in the first round of March Madness. Sometimes your up, sometimes your down. 1. Huggs devotion to "Press Virginia"
2. Esa Ahmad
3. Our recruiting
4. The venue being at KC

Not many are saying what was obvious.....Iowa State is pretty dang good, can shoot, and have a very experienced senior led team.

You have to be pretty dense to not say 19k ISU fans there didn't help ISU win this game

But they did play well

We did beat them earlier in Ames. As well as Iowa St. played, they could have played the game in a Walmart parking lot with no one watching and most likely would have won easily as well. As UConn and many others have proved, if you get hot at this time of year, crazy things can happen.

Crowd was more intense than Ames. A lot of our unforced turnovers were the result of kids getting rattled.

For the record, winning at Ames is a big deal.

That was my point paper, that was a big win in a hostile environment at Ames earlier this year. This team has won in tough environments before. In my humble opinion, hats off to Iowa St team tonight.

Jesco White kidnap Keno? Have you seen Jesco lately? Jesco once told me he didn't snort coke to get high..............he simply liked the way it smelled. Jesco and D. Ray are legends in WV. I wish I could have had them visit me while I lived in Jolo.
