Why is Baylor still allowed to have athletic programs?

They have a systemic problem exacerbated by poor leadership going back at least as far as President Ken Starr. Starr did a terrible job responding to the sexual assault stuff years ago (including incidents that went beyond athletics), which set a bad precedent for what they could get away with. In this latest hazing case, staggering suspensions over three games because of the number of players involved is a joke. The should forfeit games if they have so many players involved that they can't field a team.

The staggered suspensions are a farce. I see Baylor still employs the toxic culture created by Briles and Briles.

Baylor never seemed to grasp what was the big deal about a little murder, rape and sexual assault. They seemed more annoyed than anything else that they had to address the problem.

Why does Ohio State still have football program. Hayes, Tressel, and Meyer and they're still in business.
