Why Is A&M So 17ing Weird?

The few Aggies that I know are pretty normal, but I have noticed that they've become HYPER sensitive to anything said about their program. They get defensive and borderline insulting when someone even suggests they aren't the cream of the SEC. It's all "Kyle Field" this, and "another 5 star" that, and don't even mention that they had one of the best players in recent memory, and still couldn't win the division...
