Why don't coaches do this?

Ok, they have to dribble length of the court basically, or settle for a long jumper. Put 3 dudes at half court. Guy has to get around those three and you have 2 behind them if he does. He would use up the clock doing that. Or you force a long jumper.

What coaches should start doing is fouling up 2. Give yourself the final shot with OT as a backdrop or if they miss one of the free throws you now have the advantage in a free throw contest.

Florida had a dominant front court/1 seed team. Don’t let 1 shot end your season.

Fair, but nobody does it, so they wouldn't be expecting it. Inbounder doesn't count as he has even further to go. The other 3 are going to be scrambling not set up to beat that awesome 3-2 zone. Face it guys, I've cracked the code. Genius level unlocked.
