why can't they put a tarp over the junction?

with all the talk about rain and it looking like rain may be on its way tonight or tomorrow - would it be impossible for a grounds crew to not lay tarps over prime spots in the junction then take them up before people set up tents on fridays?

if there were some sort of drainage system set up in the junction. But I really don't think there is any drainage. Plus if there were a drainage system, it wouldn't have gotten so messed up in the first place.

That might be a future project.

A Baseball field is designed to gave drainage for the playing surface...The Junction not so much. Its a giant yard for tailgating not athletics events.
