I have a grandmother and 2 parents who would likely be in big trouble if they contracted this. Im sorry, but I love my family and I don't put politics ahead of them like you. This dude just said acting like you give a damn about people dying. These people are absolute jokes.

This whole R vs. D L vs. C divisive tribal mentality is gutting this country. It's like nobody can think for themselves anymore. Had the American public took those warnings serious from the beginning and respected distancing and using common sense we would have been light years better off. They have done everything except enforce it. Americans are embarrassing ourselves internationally and the fact all DC can do is argue over how to fix it makes us look even worse.
Land in Europe and you dont have a choice you get swabbed in some countries, or you are forced to go through screening, or quarantined for 14 days and log on to apps. There are consequences if you dont. If they did that here everyone would be crying and filing lawsuits. That's why we are in the situation we are in, not Trump.

Well he can't rush the vaccine process more than it already has been. That's the only clear solution. Ventilators are being manufactured, they're not exactly a machine that can be made and sent to market overnight. They have to be extensively tested. All guidelines recommended by Fauci and Birx have been put in place. Not sure what else you want him to do?
People were going to die no matter who was president. No president has ever presided over a pandemic of this magnitude.

The plan is soon we’re going to have an antibody test to see who has been exposed and has immunity. Those that aren’t affected can go back to work, then isolate those that are at high risk. Also get enough data in from tests to see a true death rate.
The recent emergency funding bill makes states turnover all tests to the CDC. As of yesterday Dr Birx stayed that only half of the 1.2 million tests had been sent by the states.
So no plan for mass testing and contact tracing to identify who has Covid19 and who has been into contact with them, and quarantine them and let the rest of society get back up and going. No national quarantine plan, the plan is to wait the on average a year and half for a vaccine to be available?

Mass testing is making progress but it was never an easy task to test 300 million people in a matter of 3 weeks.

Trump could have handled it better not disputing that, but overall I think he’s done a pretty good job. Nothing else to really compare it to based on the situation at hand.
