No he didn't. Godzilla was kicking Kong's butt, Kong got hit by a bolt of lightening, they fought some more, and they fell into the ocean...and while we saw Kong get out of the ocean, we didn't see Godzilla swimming away to destroy Tokyo

Kong all the way, he trained with Ali...I might be a nerd but I love those old monster movies. Gamara was my favorite for some reason....FYI...I visited the Godzilla statue in Tokyo...not impressed...
