Abortion rates drop more quickly under democratic administrations than republican. Ya know, because Democrats are actually interested in doing things that reduce abortions (providing contraception, actual sex education, etc etc). This is what I un-ironically don't understand about [some] of the pro-life movement; why are they so opposed to supporting birth control and sex education?

And as someone who after having a child is more pro-choice than they once were - I can't imagine there are very many people at all for whom a late term abortion isn't a tragedy. Forcing those individuals to jump through administrative hoops when they're about to lose what they consider to be their child is just cruel.

This is really a much more nuanced issue than any staunch pro-lifer wants to admit. I could be totally wrong, but it feels like most of the pro-life crowd is caught up in this ridiculous "Well if you didn't want to get pregnant, then don't have sex!" mindset where they just want to scold people for the choices they make. But hey, they're mostly past childbearing age, so it's not their asses on the line.

Access to abortion has an impact on a number of things regarding women's health. Especially among those that are actively trying to get pregnant and facing difficulties. Should women be forced to bring non-viable pregnancies to term, risking their own health in the process? That's what is at stake here. No one is suggesting that people should have sex willy-nilly without fear of repercussions. Anyone that's gone through this can tell you it's absolute hell both physically and mentally.

No one happily gets an abortion or D and C - let's make that perfectly clear.

As far as who wins, I don’t know. I can tell you this though, a poster above said that it will be really close in Georgia. If Biden wins Georgia Trump will get destroyed. I cannot see him losing Georgia or Florida, but then again I could be wrong.

Due to my Christian values I can’t vote for any democrat. I’m Trump all the way! With that being said, I think it’s too close to call right now.

Good question. I’d like to know how both candidates truly are in their hearts. I have heard that Biden was refused communion during mass, but who knows. I think a lot of it is core beliefs. There are a lot of Christians of different denominations. Some of which have gay pastors/preachers. I’m just not of the mindset of that being okay. But that’s me.
