Who knew that Mike Leach was that common a name?

[Maroon Eagle]

The New York Times mistakenly includes the Coach's bio in a brief profile of a namesake Biden Admin incoming official...

Ruh-roh, looks like someone at NYT googled the wrong Mike Leach (altho pirate-obsessed Trump pal ⁦@Coach_Leach⁩ as member of Biden administration has makings of a promising sitcom) pic.twitter.com/VPLB1SbI48— Austin Murphy (@ausmurph88) January 13, 2021

Edit to note: Tried to show the whole photo with info about the Other Leach but it doesn't show up. Just click on the tweet and then on the photo to see.

Woof. How bad of a reporter do you have to be to work there? That’s so bad on so many levels. I understand if they thought it was Arnett, he probably at least applied for the job.

Wow, he turned on Trump real fast**

[Maroon Eagle]

That made me laugh so you get a towel whip. If the US can't pay his buyout though... **

I don't know who downvoted this because that joke was gold.

I’m not sure how that fish wrap still has any credibility. It’s one thing after another with them.

and to add fuel to the fire, Leach is getting the butt end of quite a few jokesters on the tweeter. His reputation has preceded him.
