The question becomes how do you make him least effective?

If we use Briscoe he'll post him up or shoot over him.
If we use Gabriel/Willis it will be drive to the goal.

It's really pick your poison. Hope we can contain him.

Stay in front, make him shoot from the outside. His game is going to the hoop where he either gets a basket or a foul, and that sets his outside game up.

I'd rather Jackson shoot than drive. He can't shoot like UNC's Jackson. Briscoe isn't ideal but he will probably stay in front of him better than anyone else.

********!!! This has been blown waaaayyy out of proportion.

It's actually not.

Willis has never, is not, and will never be a good defensive player.

The other day Cal basically said as much and just wants Derek hitting shots and rebounding.

We have nobody to stop Jackson. Hope he's not making shots or at least don't let anyone else go off cause he gets his.

JJ is the one that has the potential to go off, as he brings quite a matchup problem for us! Hopefully, Briscoe can frustrate and slow him down some

Oh, I know he's not a good defensive player, but he's not that much worse than anyone else on the team. It's just blown out of proportion.

I watched Kansas the other night for the first time. This kid is really good. He concerns me, I don't know who is going to guard him.

Hopefully he picks up 2 quick fouls each half, and the bench gets to guard him the majority of the time.

Jackson is a mean person. Any 3 with any talent usually eat us up. The same with the 1 guys we play. Jackson and Mason versus Briscoe and Fox is a scary situation. Maybe we can out score them.
