And the ball didn't come out clean so it clearly wasn't roughing. In the last replay it was under the chin but he was blocked into it as you said.

There was a call worse than that yesterday in the ducks/beavers game. Rusher hit the arm of qb during throw. Was flagged for roughing the passer &targeting as initial call. Review took off targeting because it clearly wasn't but they had to let roughing the passer stand as it's not reviewable. Bogus. Of course they were b1g officials and the one that threw the flag (I believe) has no business officiating P2 football game by past experience
