Definitely Colorado, and its not particularly close, despite loving to dish on Iowa.
Also would like to note that they don't live rent free in my head as we seem to do for Colorado fans.

Colorado is my favorite state on the planet and due to some real estate that has appreciated an obscene amount that is going to fund our retirement..... and i've zero attachment or feelings for Iowa ...so that's an easy one for me.
Colorado.

I was born to despise everything that Colorado University stands for. Arrogance, Liberal, and Uncouth trash. I hate Colorado University. Iowa is just a bunch of inbred mouth breathing overall wearing sister diddling fat gargling fanbase. They annoy me but I don't think about them hardly at all.
I am.ok with Coloradoans until they start the superiority nonsense because they have large piles of rock and gravel. Credit to God, not some simp who moved there 5 years ago.
I've done a lot of hiking and climbing there. I find most people I've ran into to be just fine, very, very attractive and fit women.
On bbs's they are insufferable, haughty, conceited jerks a lot of them.
Like a lot of states their big cities dominate politics. They seem to see the politicians that made Denver and Colorado Springs into raging S-holes are viable to run their state.
C.U "fans" are pure scum. Iowa fans are just annoying little brothers who you need to ***** slap once in awhile so they are reminded that they have never won ****. Will never win ****.

Missouri was always a hard hitting physical games against Nebraska until Woody Widenhofer arrived than that kind of went away…
I like the rivalry too. I like how Iowa is always trying to validate themselves against us. I dislike how they think they ever achieve that but with any rivalry sometimes you have to put them back in their place.

oklahoma. a rival for us has to be playing us for a championship. maybe miami at one time. the rest are just like some little barking dog that attacks your ankles when you turn your back.

Michigan is well above both.. CU fans suck but they are just little CA b!tch boys now. I honestly just feel sad for iowa fans, but b!tchigan is the worst. They cry and whine about everything while pretending they are Harvard .. garbage program

if there is a team I have hated, it's got to be Notre Dame.. seeing them on television every weekend, while nobody else had a tv contract like that way back then really made me despise that program.
Living in Colorado for many years, I've had a front row seat for a long time on the Husker hate that exists out here, so the answer to the OP's question for me is pretty easy.
I can't really relate to the Iowa hate today. When I grew up in NE in the Big 8 days, NU rarely played them, but the handful of times we did we mostly rolled them so hating Iowa feels like hating on many of the other programs we used to roll over back then. Our poor record against Iowa in recent years comes when our record against everyone is bad so now they just seem like another team that we lose to. I'm probably just not geographically close enough to get the Iowa hate.
But I still hate that Larry Station is a legend for Iowa and not the Huskers.

When I used to drive truck over the road I proudly flew 6 Huskers mudflaps, delivered mail to a postal distribution center in Longmont. Backed in and got unloaded quickly, the douche in receiving asks me " Do you know why I got you unloaded so fast?" I said no why? he says " Because you Nebraska people stink up our state" I can't remember what I said to him, it was around 15 years ago, will never forget what he said to me. I've disliked Colorado ever since.
Colorado. They have beat us every time we’ve played since we ran away from the Big 12.
Colorado by far. Biggest *** hats for fans in the USA. I don’t like Iowa…but this race isn’t even close.
