Morning news stated they have 17 starters returning. You know the coaching is A+.

I think they have a shot to go deep in the playoffs if they can stay healthy, but you could probably say that about all the good teams. They do have a big and strong team with speed, but that don't mean they are the best. How ever I think they will be able to complete with anyone. They are a lot of good teams in 2A this year that have a better than average chance of going to the State this year. Good luck to all of them.

They will scrimmage Hoggard tomorrow night and North Brunswick Saturday at the Bash at the Beach, those two will give us a good read on what to expect early on. Like Strick sd they do have a lot of talent and size returning and probably as many starters as anybody, if the progressed as they should we should be ok.

I think whiteville is a top 5 team in the east and will contend once again. Should be improved from last year. I think they lose 2 early in the non conference to Clinton and JK but roll through the rest of the season and get a top 5 seed.

Yeah that’s fair. IMO 3 of the top 5 in the east along with WRH and NE. Got a lot of good non conference action this year
