HOLY SMOKES. As Tim Walz's admin was referred to the DOJ a Minnesota whistleblower has gone PUBLIC, saying she was INTIMIDATED for speaking about 3rd world fraudsters "She was sideline, ostracized and placed on INVESTIGATORY LEAVE." Because they wanted SOMALI VOTES
🤯
WHISTLEBLOWER, who is a 20-year MN state employee: "You lived in fear of being called racist and that is life changing. That changes how you walk around in the world and how how you do your work." "I am not confident speaking up about things anymore. It's it is very impactful." ARREST the state officials who attacked the whistleblowers who knew about fraud! The people demand accountability!

BREAKING: Gavin Newsom claims the Trump DOJ is INVESTIGATING HIM, knocking on their DOORS, "demanding records" LFG!! Something is going down!
🔥
Newsom says he's considering a RUN FOR PRESIDENT, and that's the only reason there are investigations
🤡
"In recent days, federal agents have knocked on the doors of family friends and former employees, not because they found a crime, because they're simply trying to find one. They're demanding records. They're abusing the grand jury process, digging through years and years of random documents." "Donald Trump isn't just coming after me because of my mean tweets. He's coming after me because I'm considering running for president, because he hates that consistently called him out over and over again for his lies and deceit. Donald Trump is simply the most corrupt president in American history." "Mr. President, come after me. I'm not going anywhere and the country is watching." He's trying to get out ahead of any potential case!

New: A source familiar with the situation tells me that there are “several investigations” ongoing relating to Gov. Gavin Newsom — I’m told they are focused on his wife’s taxes + his chief of staff. They did not originate from the main DOJ, but are out of Sacramento and involve whistleblowers, per source. DOJ is declining to comment.

Our message is simple. If you defraud the American people, we will find you and we will bring you to justice. Kimble preyed on the elderly for years, costing taxpayers over a billion dollars. The FBI catching Kimble is a direct result of the task force’s partnership with the FBI to create the Most Wanted Fraudsters list. Authorities had sought Kimble for months with no action. But just four days after we published our list, the Philippines government helped us track him down. Catching fraudsters is a priority of this Administration, and thanks to our task force’s hard work, one of the country’s most wanted fraudsters will now have to answer for his crimes.

HOLY SMOKES. AG Todd Blanche announces JAW-DROPPING healthcare fraud bust totaling $6.5 BILLION in Medicare, Medicaid and other programs "We've charged 455 defendants across 56 U.S. Attorney's Offices, and 45 U.S. states and territories." "As alleged in the various indictments, these individuals participated in healthcare fraud schemes involving over 6.5 billion dollars in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid and other healthcare programs." "In one indictment, we're bringing charges against a corporate executive in Arizona in connection to over a $1 billion fraud." I VOTED FOR LAW AND ORDER

NOW — HHS SEC. RFK JR: "$6.5 billion in alleged fraud, the second largest amount ever charged in a single health care fraud operation!" "The Department of Justice charged a record number of Medicaid fraud defendants, more than 440 defendants now face charges." "This effort brought together federal agencies, state partners and US territories across the United States." "18 of the participating states were blue states with Democratic governors. It does not recognize party lines, and neither does accountability

Salutations, Gunny, from a couple of mountain ranges east of the WV line.

As a fraud lawyer of sorts, I couldn't help but be intrigued that you've been more or less talking to yourself about this topic for the last few months.

A few observations ...
1. It does make some directional sense to be consolidating this sort of enforcement within DOJ. The historic dynamic there was that the Main Justice lawyers were the type who confused the mere exercise of leverage with great lawyering, and of course they tended to try to leverage people they didn't like, since the main justice guys were Ivy league types while the line prosecutors in the UsAOs were more rough-and-tumble. Consolidation may help a bit in terms of improving coherence on what is "fraud" across divergent programs.
2. There is little doubt in my mind that many programs are massively fraudulent -- Covid relief, PPP, and Medicaid/Medicare to name a few. I recently had a Medicaid matter with a manufacturer where the NY G was billing them for rebates for pharmacy claims, and when we dug into it, the claims were coming from Brooklyn storefronts that did not even have records of purchasing the products. But the NY G wanted its money from the manufacturer more than pursuing the bogus pharmacy claims.
3. That raises a double edged sword. It is absolutely the case that the DOJ is very interested in blue state fraud, and not so much in red state fraud, in practice. The reality of course is that fraud is an equal opportunity practice across the political spectrum.
4. The new "bounty" program announced yesterday could actually work to the disadvantage of people trying to recover under the false claims act whistleblower provisions, which offer even bigger bounties, since they will have made a public disclosure of the underlying fraud. And, of course, their (likely) disaggregation of fraud reports in the hope of getting more bounties may itself be fraudulent.
5. Finally one important side note. Just as the DOJ is ramping up certain enforcement, they've also issued directives to the effect that the department should be more aggressive in actively dismissing (as opposed to simply not intervening in ) certain whistleblower cases under the fca.

You are not a lawyer and the DOJ has made arrests in every State. Including Republican States. However there's definitely a lot more fraud in Democrat ran cities. Hence why you are complaining about what's going on right now. Now get back over to the Blue Lot and keep attempting to get Alley fired. You can do it.

1. I am indeed very much a lawyer.
2. No doubt doj has made arrests everywhere (I should hope so). Whether there's more or less in red or blue states is an interesting question and probably depends on the program being defrauded - eg, Florida tends to have a lot of retirees, who tend to have Medicare; cities tend to have disproportionately poorer people, who tend toward Medicaid -- but in terms of where they "want" to make arrests right now, there's not really any question about that.
3. As to the red lot/blue lot comment, boy do you have that wrong.

Louise Lucas has been ARRESTED and INDICTED with six others, including family members, with running a marijuana trafficking and money laundering enterprise BOMBSHELL. SHOCKWAVES through Virginia. This is NOT your average rank and file senator. She is very powerful and influential among VA Dems She reportedly used her Senate seat to try and PROTECT the operation, and event admitted, "I've gotten too old to not be greedy." 🤯 The charges include racketeering, money laundering conspiracy, conspiracy to distribute marijuana She called the wiretapped scheme their "last chance at generational wealth." This is the same senator who led the Democrats' redistricting push. How the tables have turned!

JUST IN: FBI Director Kash Patel reveals now-indicted President Pro Tempore of the Virginia Senate L. Louise Lucas (D) not only obtained MILLIONS OF DOLLARS through an illegal marijuana operation, but used her Senatorial position to PROTECT IT FRAUD, CHEATING AND STEALING. "Truly, the epitome of hypocrisy for a public official. Ms. Lucas posted on social media, 'I'm a 78-year-old grandma who legalized pot and now has her own cannabis store, and I'm the last thing standing between the GOP and total control of Virginia. That's worth an RT,' end quote." "While she was posting these things, and the reason I highlighted it, is because during this time period, her and her co-conspirators continued her criminal conspiracy to enrich themselves and break the public trust!"
@FBIDirectorKash
She bragged about her cannabis store online while the feds say the illegal side of it was making her rich! Then made it about Republicans! Now she's RIGHTFULLY facing FEDERAL charges. Total nuke in Virginia politics. One of the most powerful and influential Dem senators has been exposed for the fraud she is.

Hell Yeah!

Easily the most corrupt state politician in SE Virginia. She has had a stranglehold on Portsmouth politics for the last 30 years and that city is at the bottom of every category in Hampton Roads as a result. She's racist as F too. Just pure trash.

Good riddance.

READ THIS: The left's next talking point on Louise Lucas will be "it's just weed." AG Todd Blanche already killed it. "This isn't about a citizen in Virginia lawfully getting a license and lawfully opening a shop." He says the feds aren't trying to micromanage state marijuana laws. The indictment is a RICO conspiracy, and he says it alleges "something very different." That means racketeering, money laundering, and a bribe, according to the charges. It was never about weed. It's about CORRUPTION.

I will just say this. This does my heart good, after the role that ***** played in trying to redistrict the Commonwealth. Especially the familial angle.

Also, a funny quip from another site: "Depending on how this all plays out, we may see Prince Albert in the can."

BREAKING: The Trump DOJ uncovered a MULTIMILLION dollar student loan fraud scheme perpetrated in part by KENYANS in America These Kenyans were STEALING American identities, applying for student loans, then sending that money back to KENYA SEND THEM ALL BACK. We DO NOT need these people here. Multiple Kenyans have now been indicted by federal grand juries on SEVERAL federal charges, including theft of government money and aggravated identity theft. American victims — some of which never went to college — were victims of this scheme, had their identities stolen, and their credit absolutely WRECKED. These third worlders are absolute scumbags.

agencies are raiding multiple sites across the Twin Cities in MN RIGHT NOW in an apparent fraud investigation ahead of JD Vance's visit tomorrow THIS site has BROKEN GLASS, and it's LICENSED by the State of Minnesota! 🤯 HHS OIG, FBI, IRS and the Medicaid Control Unit are involved HERE WE GO! JD VANCE comes to MN TOMORROW. One of the recent targets is Iska Inc. in St. Louis Park, a disability therapy and social services agency. Agents were spotted outside with a front window smashed in Tomorrow, JD Vance lands in St. Cloud with the White House fraud task force to make a major "War on Fraud" announcement Tim Walz had YEARS to stop this. The Trump administration is actually doing it and that's what I voted for 🇺🇸 Trump at a rally this week said major fraud investigations are happening in Minnesota. It's all crashing down.
