....the Media is ignoring an outright Civil War that has broken out in the Democrat party over who its next Chairman will be. Party establishment types are desperately trying to keep activist favorite Keith Ellison from walking off with the Chairmanship, fully aware of what his ascension to become the face of the Democrat party would say to a Nation already tired of racial politics.

Yes it will. the Dems want/need their kook fringe base engaged. that crowd is already ticked at how Bernie was treated.

Naming Perez will tick them off even more, so Ellison gives the Dems their best chance to keep their fringe mobilized. Then it's "scorched Earth" for them.

They can't afford to let Trump make anymore inroads with his minority outreach to save inner cities...so Blacks will be the prize...keeping them on the "plantation" will be the objective.

But in pursing racial politics, they (Dems) will further divide the nation, and marginalize blue collar Whites who are already skeptical of the Left's message. If the Dems think they can win back those blue states Trump took away from Hillary by pushing racial bigotry...they are sealing their fate for even more losses.

It will be fun watching them cannibalize their base.
