As good as Neil is at football, he's even BETTER at basketball. Listened to the South Carolina game driving home the other night and he was incredibly quick and on top of things. Basketball is much faster paced than football and he didn't miss a beat. By the way, where is Richard Williams? Neil was flying solo.

Richard is at Mississippi Southern on Jay Ladner’s staff.

I'm guessing Neil slides into the baseball role too once Jim gets ready to retire? He used to be Kentucky's baseball radio guy so he's got plenty of experience in that sport.

Neil does a great job on football and basketball. Did he do all three sports at UK? There seem to be too many season/schedule overlaps to be able to do all three.

He did women’s basketball and baseball full time for UK and did the football pregame show.

There are still broadcasters that do all three major sports. Jim Ellis did it forever until 2017, David Kellum still does it, I believe John Cox at USM still does it. Wouldn’t be that unusual if Neil ended up doing it too.

Don't know if it's a problem or not but Bart seems to try too much to be Jim
