We could be looking at a Whiff of Epic proportions today.
I’d give Pope exactly two weeks. I’d he doesn’t deliver a team to contend for an SEC title, he is removed with cause. The boosters would have to take over and force a hire of how is best for the program and leave Mitch out of it. Much like they did with Cal.

I think the kid can be a good role player at a lot of schools. But I’m skeptical that he can start and be any more than a role player anywhere. Dayton has had some pretty good teams lately. No expert, but I wouldn’t think they see him as a starter.
