Big loss. Was shocked at how bad our backup was.

Agree Thompson played pretty well. Had zero support from the run game and some really bad drops. He missed a few but overall QB play looked like an upgrade from last year.

Agreed, Thompson played excellent despite us having no run game. He is the furthest thing from our problem

One thing I have a question about is why Thompson never took the ball on RPO plays and ran with it. If teams figure out he doesn't want to run and is always handing off, there is no chance for our already horrible looking run game.
