Unless football gear has changes in the past 30 years there is no way he could pee without pulling his pants down further. First, most pantsnow a days don't have a fly. If they do it really isn't a very big one. Second, don't they wear girgle pads any more? No fly on them. You have to damn near pull them down to your knees to pee. Third, if he is wearing a cup, and most players do, no way you can pee without pulling your pants down further. I don't know what he is doing, maybe adjusting something, but I don't think he's peeing.
