A season like this may be the best thing for this program right now. A good reason for a fire to be lit in their guts in the offseason. Sometimes in order to get a chip on your shoulder you need it to get slapped off first.

Sad part is there's talent on both sides, and aside from UofL and Pitt more talent than anyone else they've played. Problem I see is a lack of execution, focus, and attitude. The play calling is so obvious and predictable it's become a running joke. They've lacked a field general like the past QB greats here were. Litton has to cut the Jim McMahon look a like **** and become a fierce leader.
They have moved on to basketball where they haven't made the NCAA tournament since the Ronald Reagan days
