When will cal get a elite big

ware is closer to 6"10 than 6" 7. how many legit 7 footers do u see in college ball? we will be fine with the bigs we have. I'm sure Cal will add a more physical presence.

Right now we will not have a post player as good as even Richards. He must add someone

Regarding Skal. He wasn't used correctly by Cal. Neither was Towns while we are at it. But Skal was a stretch 4 in every sense. And Cal tried to mold him into a a guy bv that would bang down low and do alot of the dirt work.

Skal was soft though and theres no denying it. But I don't blame Cal though either. Every scout in the world said Skal was a future number one pick or at the least a lotto pick. I remember hearing he was a monster lol.

All told though I think Cal has had some really good bigs and molded quite a few. He hasn't always used them correctly but no coach ever does.

It is a fair question and puzzling (outside of blatant cheating to get elite bigs to some schools).

1. Cal is almost a slam dunk to get elite bigs to go high in the draft by developing them, putting a system around them to showcase what NBA bigs need to do, etc... Outside of Skal I can hardly find a big that underplayed his skill before UK to what he ended up playing in college. Cuz, Nerlens, AD, KAT and now Nick are bigtime bigs in college. Heck even Jorts had a cup of coffee in NBA which was unheard of. Dakari is a guy who simply had KAT over recruit him and then Dakari left too soon.

2. Isn't Cal a better bet at bigs vs. his pedigree which is PG? And I think Cal is a magician with PG prospects but I think he's even a bit better with the bigs.

Why guys like Bamba, Zimmerman, Isiah Stewart, etc...go to schools like Washington, Texas, UNLV, etc.. are just risking it for very little sense. We'll see if Penny Hardaway can churn out good bigs as looks like he's the next guy to pull guys away from UK to Memphis.

Colleges are forking over the most $$$$ for elite bigs.

We haven’t really had a freshman big man stud since KAT or Bam so when will cal get another one I know Nick is elite right now but he wasn’t a immediate impact player like a AD or a Cousins
