also means the defense doesn't have to always be on the field...23 minutes in this game. team is growing and working. limit mistakes. play smart. play to the strength. QB's habit of over throwing and throwing high is a concern though.

WV has had a solid game plan this entire season.
In the Missouri game it didn't work but nevertheless Neal Brown and his staff have done a great job at preparing the team for these individual games.

The question comes can Neal Brown bring in the needed talent and develop that talent for Neal Brown to be able to get WVU into a team that can win the Big 12.

Neal Brown will have a solid gameplan against Texas on both sides of the ball.

Just matters if they can execute it.

I think taking away the deep ball is the key but they need their DBs to drop back in zone and might only play with 5 in the box and stay in dime.
Problem with that is the speed at Linebacker. Texas is more than willing to run the ball 80% of the time.
Linebackers have to contain and have to get into the gaps.

Going to be much different than last year. Going to be a pretty conservative game plan.

But West Virginia has to score touchdowns and convert on third down.
Kendall going to have to get the ball out quick and make fast decisions because the run game most likely will be non existent

After 4 games I see Neal Brown's West Virginia as a team that will win the games it should and be able to beat the teams who they shouldn't if they aren't prepared to play.

Any team that can line and up and punch with us that has more talent will be a problem.
Need players to develop and to get better players in here.
